A delightful addition to this chocolate box cottage, bringing the kitchen into the garden so the clients can sit, relax and enjoy the views of their impressive garden.

A delightful garden room situated in a compact garden space allowing the clients to use the space all year round, externally we used cedar cladding with aluminium bi fold doors with a sedum roof. Internally we used wood effect porcelain tiles acoustic wood panelling and a feature oxidised copper wall. Finished with tom Raffield light fittings.

Construction of contemporary-style self-build. New clay tiles (from Marley Eternit) were used for the roof and are mellowing with age, while the Scottish larch cladding is gradually weathering to a silvery grey. The windows and doors are aluminium externally and timber internally, painted the same colour as the exterior frames for a more industrial look.

Construction of high end restaurant and offices together with a new showroom building. Including two new steel framed buildings incorporating Crittall windows, high end finishes including copper feature wall. As well as fully air conditioned, air source underfloor heating and Kebony cladding.

A full refurbishment of this property incorporated two new extensions, new services and finishes throughout. An existing outbuilding was also converted to provide additional accommodation.

The existing property was refurbished, a new extension added and garden swimming pool to create this contemporary family home.
